Event Video Highlights for Corporate Events

A photo is a moment in time, video expands on that moment.

Photography for your corporate event is a wonderful thing to have, being able to expand on that by highlighting key moments with video, and not having to hire a separate video crew  and video editor can save you a bundle on your event budget.

  • For a single day event the video can be edited and posted on our photo server along with the event photos on your website or YouTube.
  • Multi day events can play the edited video at the end of the event to recap the highlights of the event as well as posting it online.
  • Select photos from your event can be added to the video along with music and audio from speeches and interviews from the event.

This is one of several videos from the  BIZBASH 2011 Chicago Expo, it was shot live and unrehearsed.  In post-production we edited the video from the all day event and condensed it down to 3 versions in time from about 2 minutes to 15 minutes, all conveying the fun and excitement of the of the Design Lab competition.

BizBash exists to inspire effective special events and meetings by offering insightful editorial, sharing the latest ideas and strategies, providing essential tools and resources, and fostering community via our publications, websites, email products, and trade shows.
This project for Sears needed to capture both video, audio and still photography at the same time, and fit in to a tight budget that didn't allow for a full team to do the job.  To the rescue our rather unique equipment setup and shooting style allowed the entire project to be done with one person, keeping everything on budget.
